Welded ducts and fittings are designed for installation in ventilation systems subject to particularly difficult operating conditions. With improved strength compared to traditional ducts, welded ducts are used in the extraction ventilation system and high abrasiveness and high temperature materials transport, e.g. exhaust gas.

Welded products are connected using flanges, of which the manufacture depends on component design. Large products may be reinforced externally.

Steel structures as per finished
designs and customer guidelines
  • racks

  • support structures for advertising

  • canopy and cover structures

  • containers

  • machine components

Any welded components may be painted in any RAL colour.

We complete class B, C and D welds as per PN-EN ISO 5817.

The welding process is performed as per PN-EN ISO 5817, PN-EN ISO 13920 and company WPS (welding procedure specification) documents.

// INFRASTRUCTURE
AND PEOPLE //

All welding works are performed on a specially equipped floor, by qualified welders. Our personnel is trained and certified for welding and weld quality control.

Our workers hold basic and secondary level welding certificates for welding materials in the given groups for groove welds and fillets. They hold certificates (issued e.g. by the Welding Institute in Gliwice), supported by TUV certification units and other recognised units. The certificates are checked on an ongoing basis and renewed according to the necessary requirements of the production process.

// EQUIPMENT //

Our equipment includes welding machines, namely semi-automatic welders for MIG/MAG and TIG welding of known brands, LORCH and Kemppi. On semi-automatic welders, we perform welding on 1,8,22 group materials and block-brazing of zinc- and AlZn-coated steels (aluminium and zinc-coated steel metal sheet).
